Its the first of September - that means its time for another month of Quilty 365 blocks and it also means its finally springtime here in the southern hemisphere !! I'm so looking forward to some warmer weather after a cold winter but I think it will take another couple of weeks - we've had very big frosts for the past week !
I'm happy to say that I picked the fabrics for my block every day this month which is a bit more organised than last month !!
I have some cuties again this month including my favourite Dr Seuss one fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish !!
I'm actually amazed at how much novelty fabric I have in my stash and I'm looking forward to going through my Cotton and Steel collection and also my favourite Heather Ross fabrics over the next couple of months !
We're now 2/3 of the way through making these little round blocks and I'm getting excited about putting them all together !
I'm looking forward to seeing your cute blocks so link up below !

Great fabrics for August. I generally don't appreciate orange like I probably should but I'm loving your orange paper clip fabric. You've used so many adorable fabrics. I'm getting ready to link up my August blocks - my very LAST month. How can my year be over?
ReplyDeletesuch cute fabrics!! I'm scraping the bottom of my stash baskets. You are going to end up with a quilt that you could look at for hours just to see everything!
ReplyDeleteSuch great fabrics. If I didn't have so many projects on the go I'd jump in on this one as I love the symbolism within it.
